After the Key pick-up at Atelier on Robson this week I got a chance to enter a beautiful 28th floor 2 Bedroom unit. During my time in this unit I really wanted to compare the "finished product" to the product that was represented in the sales centre back in 2007.

I have heard horror stories in the past of the final products being of substantially lesser quality then that at the sales centre presented to pre-sale Buyers.

However in the case at Atelier on Robson the reality was quite a refreshing one. The finished product that I saw in this unit was amazing!!

Atelier on Robson has gotten its occupancy permit!!

The deficiency walk throughs have for the most part all taken place and the key hand overs will be within the first and second week of June.

I got a chance this past weekend to go and look at a number of completed units and they look great!! I am very impressed with the build finish in at Atelier. They have done an excellent job getting everything on par with the represented quality of the units at the pre-sales centre back in 2007.

As of Wednesday the developer (Magellen 2020) of Atelier on Robson has cut off all Assignments for the final step of the Buildings Completion Process.

As of Thursday the Deficiency walk through on the building commenced. What this means is that it is the first time that the purchaser gets the opportunity to view their finished suite. Once they have taken their walk through their soon to be owned unit they also get a chance to tour the amenity areas of the buildings getting the first views of what life at The Atelier will be like, come completion time.

Once all of this takes place for the building owners and the Occupancy Permit for the building has been given to the developer (I do not know when this is yet), then new owners will have the opportunity to take their mortgages out and pay there taxes for the purchase and be official owners at The Atelier on Robson at 833 Homer Street.

As soon as these buyers officially become owners they are now legally allowed to place these high end residences onto the Real Estate Market. At this time (in real time) these listings will be listed on my ACTIVE LISTINGS page to give you a full outline of what is for sale at 833 Homer Street.
