      <description><![CDATA[Atelier on Robson has gotten its occupancy permit!!<br><br>The deficiency walk throughs have for the most part all taken place and the key hand overs will be within the first and second week of June.&nbsp;<br><br>I got a chance this past weekend to go and look at a number of completed units and they look great!! I am very impressed with the build finish in at Atelier.       <description><![CDATA[As of Wednesday the developer (Magellen 2020) of Atelier on Robson has cut off all Assignments for the final step of the Buildings Completion Process.&nbsp;<br><br>As of Thursday the Deficiency walk through on the building commenced. What this means is that it is the first time that the purchaser gets the opportunity to view their finished suite. Once they have taken their walk through their soon to be owned unit they also get a chance to tour the amenity areas of the buildings getting the first views of what life at The Atelier will be like, come completion time.&nbsp;<br><br>Once all of this takes place for the building owners and the Occupancy Permit for the building has been given to the developer (I do not know when this is yet), then new owners will have the opportunity to take their mortgages out and pay there taxes for the purchase and be official owners at The Atelier on Robson at 833 Homer Street.&nbsp;<br><br>As soon as these buyers officially become owners they are now legally allowed to place these high end residences onto the Real Estate Market.
